Each time you connect to one of your clients a temp ssh / vnc / rdp connection (depending on which is supported by the client OS) is made by dynamically port tunelling (and encrypting) the service through our server and delivered via our web app. This way you can practically shut off or block the afformentioned services in your clients for increased security! No port forwarding required!
Although we provide desktop and cli clients for advanced features, you don't need to install anything as a manager to access your remote clients. Management, Monitoring and Remote Desktop are all performed through our responsive web app.
Every piece of data in our platform is encrypted and Multi-Factor Authentication is encouraged for all of our users. Agent Tokens are paired with hardware IDs to prevent from client spoofing even if your server keys leak, which are all sha-384 encrypted by the way. On top of that DeskTerminal is hosted on Oracle cloud in EU servers and is fully compliant with GDPR.

An advanced feature is the ability to port-forward a service from your clients' network to your PC (requires special software on your side available for Windows / Mac and cli for Linux). Say there is an NVR you need to access in your client's network at 192.168.1.100:8080, you can port map it to your localhost to any port you like and have it accessible to your local LAN as well through your local IP. Note that this is a temporary solution, for permanent remote network connections we suggest using an SD-WAN or VPN instead. Contact us for more information.
