4. Market data and tools
DeskTerminal aggregates live market data from third-party sources, including but not limited to Trading Economics, TradingView, Binance, gold-api.com, and Frankfurter/ECB exchange rate data. We work to keep this data accurate and current, but:
- Prices, spreads, and other figures may be delayed and may not reflect real-time broker execution prices
- Calculator outputs (position size, pip value, profit/loss, currency conversion) are estimates for educational purposes and should always be verified against your actual broker's terms before trading
- We are not liable for any trading decisions made based on data or tools provided on this site
5. AI-generated content (DeskAi)
DeskAi, our AI assistant, generates responses using Google's Gemini AI based on the data available to it at the time of your question. AI-generated content, including market summaries, sentiment analysis, and event explanations, may contain errors and should not be treated as professional financial advice. Always verify important information independently.
6. Educational content (Academy)
Articles in our Academy section are written for general educational purposes. They reflect commonly accepted trading concepts and are not personalized advice for your specific financial situation. Trading involves risk, and past patterns or examples described in our content do not guarantee future results.
7. Broker listings
Our Brokers section may include comparison information and, where indicated, affiliate links to third-party brokers. The DeskTerminal name, logo, and original content (including Academy articles and Opinion pieces) are our property. DeskTerminal uses and links to third-party services (Google, Facebook, Supabase, TradingView, and others). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties. Your use of any linked third-party service is subject to that service's own terms.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
DeskTerminal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be available at all times, free of errors, or that any data displayed is fully accurate or current.
11. Limitation of liability
